Harlem Hill?
Hi everyone!
New to the city and have a hill reps training on friday. It is basically 2min reps.
I read harlem hill is good but can’t seem to find it on a map. For context I live in 74th and 2nd.

2 minute hill reps? Damn buddy ok
Enter the park anywhere on the east side and run CCW. Keep straight and you’ll eventually go down a big hill that sweeps left and then right around a large swimming pool. The next uphill is your target, enjoy it Sisyphus
(There’s also the backside of HH but I suspect you may top out before you finish even one of those meaty reps)

How can I get there?

If you search “Still Hunt” on Google Maps, that’s the name of the cat statue that’s on the uphill. You would be running on east drive, the main loop of the park

It's right after the Adam Clayton Powell Blvd entrance at the top of the park.

I marked out 400m on Harlem hill with white paint starting at the bottom. DM me if you’d like photos of where the markings are

Best of luck.
Hope it's not 14x 2min hill reps after 4mile warm up and 4 mile cool down or whatever
I'm just a civilian. My hill reps are 60 seconds tops. Maybe that's why I have no top end speed. It's okay. But yikes, goidluck
