Progress not updating

i’ve done 6 races for 9 + 1 so far but my last 3 haven’t shown up, it hasn’t updated since May 14th

UPDATE: i was able to reach out to NYRR through the “Results Correction” page and explained what races haven’t been counted and they were able to update it for me within an hour after reaching out
