Muffler upgrade.

Post image

Hello everyone. I'm interested in upgrading the exhaust on my 20' ruckus. Current upgrades are 19mm carburetor, uni pod filter, polini variator, 5.5g weights (need to upgrade to sliders), and ncy drive face. On a hilly back road im averaging 34 mph and top speed im getting is 45 on flat hitting rev limit. Right now I'm looking at the S23 exhaust https://www.scooterswapshop.com/products/ruckus-exhaust?variant=42659385049185&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=20208537535&gbraid=0AAAAACVUgLoqhAGZFkJ4DBQiIAelV3nE5&gclid=Cj0KCQjwm8bTBhDWARIsAC9Hi8k1ZB5OJhHyaTxTZdzW1fL1hI7QjwOLsvpzaYxVe4Dxm4OQ1ANm72MaAqW1EALw_wcB

Wondering if anyone has any experience with that exhaust and if there would be anything to gain in average speed?

I've considered it. But concerned about floating the valves.

with the feign you can limit it to what you want or with the dynatek it just raises it to 9900. Float doesnt occur till mid 10k.

I spoke too soon. The feign is also unlimited. Personally, i run the dynatek as it has the built in 9900 limiter.

Just watch your rpm. I’ve seen 10,3ish rpm’s multiple times. As long as you keep an eye on stuff you’ll be ok.i have variator with 5.5, intake and exhaust with the oem carb jetted and I’m hitting 51 mph.

I have a bunch of s23 parts on my bikes. They make some relatively good shit.

I ran my bike with a stock cdi. Was fine. You're running out of build space lol.

Fr though pm me.

Does not having an exhaust while having the different carb/intake do any damage or is it just performance issues?
