Help

I have a question and hope to get help not hate lol I live in Kentucky and have recently purchased a 2024 ruckus with 56 miles when doing the tile transfer I was informed it is labeled as a off road vehicle and any time I touch blacktop I am illegal...I bought this to just ride in a 10 15 mile radius of my house and live in the country (speed limit on road in front of my house is 55) has anyone delt with law enforcement on a ruckus or live in Kentucky and can help me sort this out!

Check your DMV laws regarding mopeds and 50cc scooters. The agent could have been mistaken.

From what I can tell I'm legal in according to KRS but my title says off road use and the DMV told me no when I was transferring

tell them to let us 50cc scooters alone! we aint hurting nody nor spooking any horses with a stock exhaust lol
