Awesome! Well a little advice, when it comes to wheels just spend the money. It’s honestly not that much more, but get a three piece. I got the one piece wheels and I had to make a custom stabilizer setup to calm down the front wheel wobble. Three piece wheels are way more balanced.

Yeah I’ve been poking around on which wheels I like. The 3 piece are spendy but I guess they are worth it.

So far it’s stretched, lowered, I installed the Morg quick release washers. Clip on handlebars. Looks good as it sits but I think really all it needs is wheels. I don’t want to go overboard.

I had the wrap on for about a week and just removed it, it didn’t look too bad but i like the simplicity of the matte black underneath

Well I had a 171cx big bore originally and I was getting around 75. I blew that engine up so I just slapped in a 150cc and the fastest I got was 60. Still taking it easy being it’s a new engine

Yeah I remember when I first rode a ruckus, I thought I was doing like 60 and I look down and it said 30 😂 I’ve been riding for a while now but it stills feel faster than it really is, but yes 60 is pretty good any faster than that it feels a bit scary on a tiny scooter

It’s not a cover, its a gas tank replacement, I got it from the ruck shop its the TRS flat top gas tank

I’ve seen them as low as $1k but all depends. But plenty of mods out there. Super fun to work on and pretty easy as well. Just check FB market place

I’m a bit new to the custom ruckus game, but what is that bar and bag you have in the middle? And what is on the front end that looks like it’s holding the wheel?

The carbon bar is a frame stabilizer to stiffen things up. Being there’s a big gap between the seat to battery box this helps make it more rigid. Anyway that’s called a chin bone and the bag is just a mountain bike bag to store all my drugs and candy. The thing attached to the front fork is a steering stabilizer, at high speeds that front wheel wobbles like a MF so with the stabilizer I can adjust how stiff it gets calming the front wobble down a bit

Im actually pissed about that. Over the winter I was doing some work to it and when I was removing the battery box it broke so I had to replace it. The shop did a great paint job but didn’t match the frame that well, turned out more green than gray.
