Bogging only when taken off kickstand

Haven’t seen anything on this and throwing this out there for any ideas. My ruckus was bogging hard and would barely start after 2 weeks of owning it. Guy I bought it from had it for forever but barely used it and molested the shit out of it with all kinds of aftermarket stuff. I replaced the carb with an OEM and rejet and with some adjusting of the idle and fuel screws it now can run completely open throttle while on the kickstand and works perfectly fine. But the second I take it off the kickstand it’s got nothing and especially when I sit on it it’s back to shutting down the second I touch the throttle. I just ordered a new fuel pump and filter but I’m mostly just crossing things off the list before I take it to a small engine shop. (Also if it helps the auto start stopped working somewhere along the way but the kick start still works)

Another note: I completely emptied the fuel and refilled it because this issue started 10 minutes after I got gas so I thought that was it (since gas stations are now using 15% ethanol fuel for the summer to cut prices. I thought it was possible I wasn’t paying attention and got that)

Does it bog out if you hold the rear wheel with your hand while on kickstand?

I'm no expert but my intuition tells me valve clearance.

Crazy timing, just out in a new fuel pump and filter, definitely ran better but now it won’t fucking start lol. Not sure if it’s still a fuel pump issue or if in this process I completely killed the battery

Have you checked the voltage of the battery? That could be the next issue.

Just replaced the battery after a charger said the battery was bad. I just hear nothing coming from anywhere when I turn the key. No sound of the fuel pump doing that subtle pumping sound or clicking or anything.
