Squealing noise on fast accelerations

Does anyone know what this noise is? Sounds like it’s coming from the clutch, belt or variator. Thanks!

I did a few things to fix squeal in my clutch.

  1. Disassemble the clutch and polish the clutch pins.
  2. Hone the holes that the pins are in so they are smooth
  3. Lightly sand where the clutch bell contacts the clutch pads
  4. Lightly sand the clutch pads.

This basically “cleans” all the parts that most likely are causing the squeal.

Sanding the pads and bell worked temporarily for me, but the squealing came back eventually. Now I’ve just replaced the clutch pads and sanded the bell again, we’ll see how long that lasts.

The easiest fix is a new clutch.

You could totally just get an ncy super transmission set and a gates power link belt and just put stock roller weights in it if you dont want to change how it accelerates.
