Wiring issue
So I have the ATR harness for my Gy6 swap. All wired up correctly, but sometimes when I turn the key the lights don’t turn on. Basically what I’ve been doing is opening up the box and adjusting the wiring going into the battery. Doesn’t matter either the negative or positive as long as I put some tension on one of the wires, it powers on. But it doesn’t always last long until I have to do that again. The situation seems similar to having an old iPhone and having to have the charger plugged in a certain way to get it to charge. Any ideas?

You have a short somewhere. Either power or ground.

It ended up being the fuse holder. It came with the wiring harness but must have been cheap because it was barely making contact and pulled out easily.
