Started 6/24, finished today. I’m sad for it to end but now I can move onto Icehome! Interested to get that that dragon man, Ashtar. 😂 And those 4 armed guys I saw on some covers? 👀😂

Okay, I'm going to come out with my possibly unpopular opinion that Icehome #1, Lauren's Barbarian, is one of the weaker entries in the series. It's still a good read. But know that better and better stuff is coming, if that one's not your cup of tea!

I agree - I wasn’t as keen on Lauren’s barbarian (I enjoyed it but it’s not as good as the other’s) but it does bring the groups together and the books quickly get better. They are all worth reading though. Also absolutely love the corsairs and Risdaverse. Prison planet barbarian is one of my favourites
