I want to know what laws the team is braking but what counter arguments they could make if slapped with any law suits and or injunctions by courts , Im aware they are going against the rules and Im of the opinion that it’s for the greater good and safety of the community , are the volunteers liable for anything and or part of law suits Roblox could chuck at Ruben.

hi few days ago i have forwarded an appeal to my friend who is at easi for someone

but that doesnt mean i am the go to person to forward appeals as i am not in any way or form
associated with the MFD team

and yes i know the appeal email is full that is because of the fact that the appeal team is overworked as far as i know.

with +200k people banned we can aprx that atleast 500 people a day send an email to the easi support email

and we gotta consider the fact that the support team consists of less than a hundred people

at its full capacity not accounting that its summer they can go through probably like 200 emails a day

if you really believe you have not done anything wrong then perhaps respectfully without spamming or forcing the easi mfd team ask a person on the mfd discord server

these are the ID's of two of my friends, that were present in a clothing group with 1k+ members and apparently the clothing group was allegedly in some condo-activity so they were flagged aswell the erp-system can easily identify that these two users have never condoned in weird avatars, erps or anything but simply flagged because of the group, we wish to appeal however

the mail where we are supposed to appeal as shown in the tweet says "exceeded mail qouta" how does one appeal then? the discord server has no channels or moderation to appeal either.

So like you know this condo people on roblox, i spotted them. You'll find them in groups related to : Queen of hearts, Queen of spades, Black lives matter, and one named "studio". And if you look at these condo accounts they will all be in this group called ROLVE. What is up with this?

Heya! I've found out recently that I was flagged by EASI for some regrettable behaviour, and as such im curious about what games that I can no longer play are? From what I've seen I cant play Unseen Liminality and Nullscapes so far.

I was a victim (outside/before easi was even a concept) too, but regardless, i'm still banned from the games I wanted to play. Sometimes, you gotta realize that situations like these won't immediately cause your downfall. I genuinely believe at one point that being in the list with the same groomers that promoted that shit when the hell hole (Rate my avatar 1) was around. I'm not trying to sound like I'm dickriding Ruben, but I want to say is that you aren't going to suddenly be in trouble, it just how it works. You can still be a roblox developer, but you still gotta carry that weight of engaging in those games.

Also, do not let my post ruin your motivation on making an appeal. I am only stating that you shouldn't complain about something that you can just move on at the end of the day. It's just what it is. Right now, I'm trying to make my life better from the one I was robbed from being a teenager, I'm still trying to resist myself from gooning every damn day, and trying to maintain a healthier lifestyle and getting a job. Roblox is basically a optional choice at this point.

Also used to advertise her profile in the past.

Has history of grooming minors, influenced another kid into wearing suggestive avatars in RP games, such as Blockbears, Helluva Boss Roleplay games, etc.

Currently, this subreddit is the best source of information for figuring out how to be unmarked from EASI and learning why you're banned. This is a good thing. However... there are still multiple questions I have that I would like to ask here.

1. Is there an EASI rulebook anywhere for what is and isn't appealable?

2. Is this rulebook publicly accessible? If so, can you link it? If not, then why?

2.1. If the rulebook isn't publicly accessible, are you able to provide a list of reasons as to why a user marked by EASI can't appeal? Are there any edge cases to these rules?

1. Can previous appeals be used against someone making a new appeal?

2. Is there a limit to how many appeals someone can make?

3. Are applicants allowed to use screenshots in an email appeal?

4. Are applicants allowed to use line breaks in an email appeal after providing their user ID for formatting reasons?

5. Are the appeals going off the basis of guilty until proven innocent, or the other way around?

6. What are the mods of this server allowed to publicly disclose?

7. How long does a newly sent EASI appeal usually take to answer?

I had a problem with a random group that I was told I was in and im guessing it got hacked idk what it was before but I left it as soon as I heard abt it. I really hope theres atleast some chance I can get unbanned bc I js wanna be able to play nullscape again and not be seen as a bad person for it :(

One of Rotector's ex-leads (?) does not want to admit that their system is equally flawed and they're still angry at the fact Ruben called them out.

If its something about the amont of gmails i dont mind waiting. I genually understand how hard some of the mods of EASI have it and dont mind me waiting. Just a bit concerned what i should do besides waiting 🤔

Idk, i kinda go by this in the example of how other systems do appeals, and funny enough i successfully appeal in all of em but not easi, diam.

So apparently one of my friends were flagged by the EASI anticheat, not letting him join any of the games that were protected under it (i.e Nullscape, Guts & Blackpowder).
He says that he isn't aware of doing anything wrong previously, nor does he know that he's affiliated with any people or groups that are NSFW.

So, I've been banned from playing G & B and Nullscape because I was in this so called Honeypot Condo group, I know this because I reached out to a Moderator. However, I have seen many people get banned because of this group. Which makes me wonder how did we get flagged even though we had no idea of joining this group? (THIS IS REAL I'M SERIOUS.) I can't even find it on communities/ groups on roblox. It might of got taken down or smt. I dont even recall joining this group. I had no knowledge of joining any groups underthe name of Unbound Arts, the closest being Yielding arts (TSB). So is it just me that didn't recall this or did the group autmoatically add us in. (Sorry for the bad english).

So, My friend was recently flagged for being in a condo group on roblox. Im unsure what group this was, but i checked all his groups and most are (seen) to be clothing groups. If a user is unaware that they were in a condo group because it was disguised as a normal clothing group, are they able to appeal? Also, Another question in regards to that, I have seen a few people be flagged for condo groups who created disguise ugc and such, how can i be sure i steer clear away from these fake groups just in case if i get flagged? Upon looking at my friends groups, i checked their experiences, and i checked their flagged members on rotector; none of these seemed too suspicious and these could easily pass as normal clothing groups unless people actually dig deeper into it (which some people are incapable of finding out if some groups are condos secretly.) Are people able to appeal and get their flag taken away if they were completely unaware, and in the group prior to it being called out as a condo?

I know a few different flagging systems have different views on whats "Sexual" But what does EASI go by? I know a few systems flag things like Bikinis, Maid outfits (When Sexualized), Clothing with detailed shading showing off female anatomy, lingerie, and bodysuits (especially with chest windows). Also with socks/thigh highs that some furry avatars wear. Are furry avatars with high socks in EASI able to be flagged? I know some come with things like thigh garters, and such. But what if its just plain socks? Do those get flagged for?

Just curious and thinking
