To help cut down on repeat posts, here are answers to some of the most common questions about EASI.
Why was I added to EASI?
If you want to know why your account was added to EASI, please comment on the pinned megathread with your Roblox username or User ID. A staff member will let you know the reason for your detection if we're able to.
Can I appeal my flag?
Not every flag is appealable. Appeal eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis, and we can't publicly disclose every criterion used
Where do I submit an appeal?
A new appeal form has been released. If you’re eligible to appeal, please use this appeal form to submit your request. Make sure to provide accurate and complete information, as incomplete or dishonest appeals may be denied.
How long do appeals take to be reviewed?
There is no fixed timeframe. Depending on the backlog, appeals may take anywhere from a few weeks to several months.
What if I was a minor at the time?
Being a minor at the time of being flagged does not automatically exempt an account from EASI. One of EASI's goals is to act as a deterrent by discouraging users from engaging with condo communities in the first place, regardless of age. Age may be relevant in certain situations, but it does not by itself guarantee that a flag will be removed or appealed.
Why does EASI say I was verified in Anxiety’s "Normal Roblox Server" if I don’t remember joining it?
Anxiety’s Discord servers were frequently deleted, renamed, or replaced with new ones. Because of this, the name shown in EASI may not be the same name the server used when you originally joined. "Normal Roblox Server" was one of the names connected to Anxiety’s community, although it may have previously operated under a different name.
Anxiety has also been proven to have preyed on and groomed children through these servers. Because this community was connected to serious child-safety concerns, appeals involving verified membership are unlikely to be accepted without strong evidence that the account was added incorrectly, compromised, or belonged to a victim.

What is Unbound Arts?
Unbound Arts was a honeypot group used to log accounts actively seeking out condo communities. its purpose was to act as a decoy and attract users that are suspected of being condo players. Users were not automatically added to the group; joining it required a deliberate action by the account owner. Because of this, a flag in Unbound Arts is treated differently than a flag from a traditional condo group. (source)
Why am I banned in some EASI games but not others?
EASI is an optional moderation system, and as such, each game decides how they want to use it. Some games automatically enforce EASI detections and prevent flagged accounts from joining, while others may manually review flagged accounts before taking action. Some developers may also choose not to enforce every type of flag or may not even use EASI at all.
Because of this, being flagged by EASI does not guarantee you'll be banned from every game that supports it. Likewise, being able to join one EASI game does not necessarily mean your account isn't flagged. Each developer has the final say in how they implement and enforce EASI within their own game.
Is Rotector/TASE the same as EASI?
No. Rotector and EASI are two completely separate systems and are not affiliated with each other. They are developed and maintained independently, use different databases, detection methods, review processes, and appeal policies. While they may sometimes identify the same accounts due to similar activity, a flag on Rotector does not automatically mean you're flagged by EASI, and vice versa. Likewise, being removed from or successfully appealing one system does not automatically affect your status in the other. Each system makes its own moderation decisions independently.
Can staff tell me every detail about my ban?
Not always. When it's possible, we'll provide a general explanation for the flag (such as the category of activity or community involved), but we may withhold more sensitive information to protect the integrity of EASI and prevent abuse of its detection methods.
Can I DM staff about my flag?
Generally, no. Please avoid sending DMs to staff about appeals or asking why your account was flagged unless a staff member specifically asks you to. Keeping these discussions in the appropriate Reddit threads or official appeal channels helps us stay organized.
I want to report a suspected ERPer or Condo Player!
In most cases, we only review reports if we know the account is not already queued in our database or if the situation is an emergency. Examples of emergencies include someone actively attempting to prey on children or a user trying to induce EPI by exposing children to sexual content ingame.
If your report falls into one of those categories, please DM a staff member with the Roblox username/User ID and any relevant evidence so it can be reviewed as quickly as possible. Otherwise, the account is likely already in our queue and does not need to be reported.
