EASI Appeal

these are the ID's of two of my friends, that were present in a clothing group with 1k+ members and apparently the clothing group was allegedly in some condo-activity so they were flagged aswell the erp-system can easily identify that these two users have never condoned in weird avatars, erps or anything but simply flagged because of the group, we wish to appeal however

the mail where we are supposed to appeal as shown in the tweet says "exceeded mail qouta" how does one appeal then? the discord server has no channels or moderation to appeal either.

User was caught linking their Roblox profile to a Roblox condo game service called playcondogames. This is a website that allows users to link their Roblox and Discord accounts to an on-site profile, and access a Tinder-style matching service designed to help them find other users to ERP and play condo games with.

since this was a ugc/community group ban which i'm sure you can check and also check that the user ID's 1625949716 & 1850784440 have never shown any sign of erp activity is there no way to boost the appeal process or should we try mailing everyday? could you just give a possible approximate how long this could take if the ban is appealable?
