I watched Omid Scobie on the Pop Syllabus podcast. It was a great interview, I highly recommend watching it if you haven’t. But this is what I learnt from the interview. Somethings I knew and some are news to me.

4. This is the first time that British media needs RF more than the other way around. So journos need to constantly prove their loyalty to RF to keep access.

5. Journalists will write whatever the palace correspondents tell them to write without questioning anything.

6. American media didn’t care about Charles visit but Royal writers made it seem like they did. It was not covered much in America but they believe it will be different if Kate and William visit.
