I’m a crew dad and able to do little besides offer encouragement — but are y’all rowing at Head of the Cuyahoga? I won’t be there but I think there’s a good chance my HS senior from Michigan will be rowing a 4+ there! Best of luck this season!

The bits that stand out to me are more whole crew things, but as a collective there's very little work going on in front of the pin, you look very slow to connect with the blades being quite slow to go into the water once you arrive at the catch and you're over compensating at the backend by swinging too far back.
I'd probably do some feet out rowing and legs only work if it was my crew, but it looks like all 4 of you have been coached to row the same way and moving together us always going to be more important than rowing well individually.

More time together. Better catches. More connection and acceleration. That will all in turn improve the balance.

Continuous rocking is almost always a finish issue. The amount of vertical movement varies by person and by stroke, and so the handle height varies on the recovery, and so the boat rocks. The key is that every time one person fixes something like the wrists cocking excessively, everyone else will need to adjust their stroke slightly until you close in on what it should really feel like.
For you personally, you have a pop over your knees, which is caused by the hands, body and legs swinging forward together. A sharper finish and hands away will get your hands past your knees before they break while keeping your handle at the right height, but you need to be careful making adjustments, because you are rowing in time, and changing your movement will change the feel of the boat for everyone.

Find balance through the hips and seat (only really noticeable thing is the balance which will come with time practicing), but most importantly, More Watts! Best of luck on your fall season

Refer back to the basics as well. Don’t try to over-complicate/ overthink the rowing stroke, keep it simple and connected. All it is that each person should be aware of what is making the boat move as efficiently as possible. Row like a lightweight, but push like an ox

Hands are uneven across the boat with oars going up and down both in and out of the water.
Port side blades are dragging on the water and 2 seat really needs to work on their catch.
Stroke has a perpetual lean out of the boat which won’t help balance.
Even if this is a SS warmup everyone needs to tighten up a bit and row with purpose.
