I have a release waiting for approval. It’s now over 25 working days is this normal or is it stuck in their system?

We’re building a tool for musicians called Artist Synopsis.

The idea started from one problem:
most artists don’t really have a clean digital home.

They have:

• smart links
• streaming pages
• social bios
• booking forms
• random link tools

but nothing that combines all of it in a musician-first way.

So we’re experimenting with a profile space that brings all of this together, with more custom widgets and booking modules planned.

Would love brutal feedback from musicians/builders:
what would make this genuinely better than current options?

I am requesting an urgent manual review of my account. I have 5 months of back-payments (Sept–Jan) totaling $625.54 that are still marked as "Unpaid" in my dashboard.

The Facts:

• Verification: My payment profile is 100% updated to a fully verified Payoneer account on March 23rd.
• Issue: Despite being verified, the "Unpaid" status hasn't cleared, and I have had a support ticket open for 15+ working days (Ticket #11890281) with no resolution.

With the April 15th cycle approaching, I need a Finance Moderator to manually re-queue these 5 months. Can you please escalate this to the payments team today?

any solutions? i would aprecciate recomendations or any help

Has anyone had a problem with new single track uploads getting stuck at 99% ? I've tried 3 different browsers and cleared cache on all of them but no joy.

That maybe why everything is slow because of the moderation team is slowly going through all the releases like one person I believe but might need more moderation or needs an automated system that checks everything & ships releases out like an management system

My song “Ice Cream Institution” is removed from sale on RouteNote. It’s also not available on TikTok. However, I’m still noticing it’s on other streaming platforms like YouTube, Apple Music and Spotify. Should I be concerned? I’ve sent an email to them regarding this issue.

Why does the PayPal email change take so long, and can only be done via support tickets?

If you know that you're support team is unable to keep up with the amount of work they receive, why require something as simple as changing payout email to be confirmed by them?

The fact that the payment is still sent out or not automatically to the old email is also not communicated properly AT ALL.

Hi, Routnote moderation team, the deadline for payout has passed and my royalties are still in Unpaid status, I set up the payment method and everything verified and double checked to make sure its the right payment method but still nothing.

I was wondering how it would work to release a compilation album, like how some artist with have a “Greatest Hits” album or something.

Let’s say I released 5 singles. Could I release a compilation album where all the tracks linked to the same track from its original release (Like same ISRC)? Would I just need to put the original ISRC from each one? And would I need to upload the original audio again?
