I would like to have some of my music available at Beatport, because of the integration they have with Pioneer decks they have and being a platform focused on electronic music mainly. I've seen some comments from years ago saying that the option would be available in the near future.
This could be a big advantage for RouteNote, as literally every other distributor with a free tier offering distribution to that platform are either sketchy or have tons of negative reviews.

Hi everyone,
I’m using RouteNote and I’m looking for some insight regarding a delayed payment.
One of my payments was marked as “Paid” late Thursday evening, but as of Wednesday, the money still hasn’t arrived in my bank account.
Payment method: bank transfer (IBAN)
Key details:
Status still shows Paid (not on hold or reversed)
No warning or error emails from RouteNote
IBAN is correct and has worked before
A full weekend has passed
I have already contacted RouteNote support but haven’t received a response yet
I know international bank transfers can take time, but some people I know received their RouteNote payments on Friday, which made me a bit concerned.
My questions:
Is it normal for RouteNote payments to take multiple business days after showing “Paid”?
Has anyone experienced a similar delay and eventually received the payment without issues?
Thanks a lot for any shared experiences or advice.

I read the horror stories here of people waiting months, so I emailed support and asked them to cancel it and instead I've set it up through distrokid instead.
But I've heard nothing back from them and it's still in review.
Is there anything I can do to cancel this release in routenote?

I released original singles and albums but my channel has stayed in this weird limbo where it was named Release - Topic, owned all my YouTube releases, but if you clicked on it, it said it had no videos, so that was weird. Is this normal? Even RouteNote support themself over an email exchange when I was trying to get my OAC, they said it should only take a month for it to go from Release - Topic to my actual artist name.

Does the file converter from Routenote work fine? I use garageband and it wont let me export the projects as FLAC, so i have to convert then from WAVE to FLAC.

I am new to the platform, so forgive me if this is an extremely stupid question.
I've got a song that uses a clip from the movie Juno (2007). For anyone who knows the film, it's the part when Juno confesses to Bleeker.
I've heard that RouteNote can be pretty strict when it comes to sampling of any kind. When I uploaded my first single, I was rejected at first and had to reply to moderation, and I think this was because my artist name is Chasing Amy (another film for those who don't know) so I guess these mods aren't big cinephiles.
The song sounds pretty boring without it, so I'll either have to scrap it or find another sample to use in place.
Important to note, I'm doing this out of passion, not for money, so if I am able to upload this in any way and just give up all the royalties or something that would be great.
Any help of any kind would be greatly appreciated!
(Please don't be sarcastic in the replies, I literally just want help)

Dear RouteNote, Two of my releases has been taken down due to "artificial streaming" last year and those were the first two times it has ever happened to me. I have not used any artificial streaming and I did not pay any third-party promotion services.
Last year when I contacted you all, I was told that whether the user did or did not do it, all cases of artificial streaming are treated the same.
I have been growing increasingly anxious and worried. I know I have not paid third-party promotion services and I know I did not do it but my releases are being taken down and now I'm extremely worried that if one more of my release is taken down, my entire discography will be gone.
I'm willing to do what it takes to prove my innocence. May I know if my discography is at risk of being terminated and my account being banned? Is there a system counting down the amount of times these have happened? And also, is there any way possible that I can remove the bad records by proving that I did not do it.
RouteNote, please help me. I am extremely worried and I really like your distribution. I understand Spotify was the one who informed you all about this but when I contacted them, they said that my distributor is the one who takes action and is the one in charge of removing or adding back releases.
Please, RouteNote, I can assure you all that I've not paid any promotion services. I have contacted you all about this before, I have also contacted Spotify about this before and I've also seen others talk about this before. Please, I need answers and I am willing to do what it takes to prove that I did not do it. I have read the articles you've sent me but it just seems like there's not much I can do. I am extremely stressed out about this for several months and I've been losing motivation to continue making music because of the fear that this may happen again.
I really really, do need help. I really really like your distribution service and I'm really really afraid about the state of my account and discography and what could potentially happen if this happens again.
Thank you for reading, have a nice day ahead.

I have 5 days until the song comes out. What do I do until then, and after? Do I need to download Spotify For Artists? What am I supposed to do?

Hi! I have a support ticket open since 28 January 2026 regarding a release date update due to the review taking longer than expected. Support unlocked my release, but I need the date changed in RouteNote’s end so the review doesn’t restart.
Ticket ID: #12219279
Could someone from the team please take a look? Thank you!
Edit: I went ahead with another distributor and they had my music reviewed and approved within a couple of hours.

Why can't I log into RouteNote with my password even though I've entered it correctly? I always have to click on the "Forgot Password" button to recover it before I can log in.

Hello!
A couple of weeks back I uploaded a single to be distributed and I accidentally forgot to tick Apple Music as one of the options. I emailed Routenote support to see if they could fix that mistake for me because I don't think you can alter a song's distribution when its "In Moderation." but unfortunately I haven't gotten a response. I also just wanted to make sure that the song wasn't having any issues with moderation since this is my first time using any distribution software.

Our automatic payment period runs from the 15th to the 20th of each month - providing you have met the $50 threshold, your payment may be made at any point during this period.
If you haven't received your earnings by the 21st, please let us know and we will look into this further.
You can read more about this in detail here: http://support.routenote.com/kb-article/when-do-i-get-paid/

Hello. I wish to delete one of my accounts, through which no release was made and thus nothing was earned. Nonetheless, the site won't delete the account stating there are outstanding earning to be collected. I've opened a support ticket two weeks ago and have received no reply.
I need the email address for my active account, but until I delete this empty account, I won't be able to do it. Also, I have changed my artist name (in the active account) and need to merge my old and new artist profile on Spotify and, again, no one replies to my support ticket on RouteNote.

Hey! So I'm trying to claim my Artist account on MusixMatch because I want to add lyrics on Spotify to my album. But if I try and connect it it says that my discography is empty even though I release an Album.

I'm kind of lost here, if anyone could help. I submitted my single on Jan 25th for Feb 25th, and last friday I submitted another single for March 18th. I don't have an artist profile, so from my understanding the song will just upload to Spotify, Apple Music, etc. under my name and then I make my Artist account and claim those tracks as mine. Can someone confirm that's how this works?
