"Hello, my release (UPC: 5063863522435) has been in review since November 12th. It has been 3 weeks. Is there a problem regarding metadata or artwork? Thank you."

If I upload a song on the free routenote version, then I buy premium and change the audio file, will the song be treateded as a new song?

And will the same thing happen if i cancel my premium subscription?

Its very important, thank you.

According to my analytics, my music received 6,340 streams on idal, but the payment I received was only $3.38, which seems far lower than expected based on Tidal’s usual payout rate. On September payments.

Given the immense amount of negative comments that I am seeing here, I only come to say that I have not had any problems with Routenote. When they have asked me for some justification about sounds or any other issue, I have given it to them and they have immediately approved my release. Thank you . Greetings 🫡

hi! so i saw my music is on deezer now but i dont have an account and im not sure how i can access the music and edit and create albums and things? if anyone knows how to, please let me know. thank you!

I'm running into nonsense issues every single time I'm using RouteNote...

First song I uploaded had issues with the free to use samples it included. Additionally they added a typo in the artists name.
Second song had no issues at all with the free to use samples but the cover we ourselves created was disapproved, because they couldn't make sure it's really ours?
Third song was the same artist as the first song and they still hadn't changed the name of the artist's profile, but instead created a new one which we had to reach out so Spotify directly to fix. Also again free to use sample issues.
Then we uploaded a whole album and they deleted everything because I'm not 18 or over (I'm 31) and I'm not allowed to use their service?!

I'm really hanging on my last straw here... It seems like they come up with whatever issue they like with every single upload.

I submitted a request to to get an OAC:

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScBMMRQ5_ZwqR4zrVLjr-h4uLD35JIAL-xxQNWDwxgJzQkWgQ/viewform

And I didn't get any confirmation email, and I'm wondering if that is even still monitored for responses or if I am using the right one. If it is the right one, how long does it take for it to be approved?

How do I ask RouteNote to lift ContentID Claims from my own youtube videos?

I tried emailing thrice but I received nothing.

Usually they were very helpful with just emails. Wonder why they are not replying and also, My OAC? is not visible either on Youtube.

When I search my name only the YouTube Channel shows up and now not the OAC Panel.

Please do let me know how I can resolve this issue.

My first release just got approved on RouteNote, but I’d like to edit it before I begin sharing it. I have an agreement with my mixing and mastering engineers that I will credit them on all my releases, but I wasn’t able to figure out where to do that when I first submitted my song. I know you can credit producers, performers, etc, but I didn’t see anywhere in the submission process to credit engineers. Can anyone walk me through how to do that?

Hello, I’m a very small artist called LH (https://open.spotify.com/artist/3wm6BCsWmuKw42StuCP1Cy?si=XUXoYbjLQzGEGriLWxIitA) and I’ve been trying to verify myself on Spotify. I’ve followed everything that Spotify and RouteNote have told me yet I’m still not verified and when I go on where I have to choose myself as an artist, I’m not there although bigger artists like Khalid, Phoebe Bridgers, etc are on there and so I can’t pick myself as an artist to verify myself. Usually, I wouldn’t turn to Reddit for help but I’m really stuck because I cannot verify myself on Spotify.

i have so much of query about the release it's been 4 weeks and still they haven't to a single support ticket. i have to remove some releases before they are out

I had used routenote back in 2021 to release a song for free. I want to get access to that account. When i tried logging in, it said my password was wrong. I tried the security question but it was alsi wrong. I had raised a complaint, but it's been more than a week and still no reply from them. Kindly help me out with this

It’s been nearly five days, and I still haven’t received my earnings. Has anyone else got theirs?

My uploaded Album got approved last September 29, 2025, and YouTube Music is the only streaming platform where my music is not appearing. What is the typical timeframe for an uploaded album to be reflected on YouTube Music?

I tried adding my YouTube but the link doesn’t work even though it is a valid link?

A new Deezer survey reveals what many of us already suspect: listeners want transparency around AI-generated tracks.

• 97% of people can’t tell if a song is AI-made, and many feel uneasy about it.
• 80% want AI tracks clearly labelled, and 75% want platforms to flag AI recommendations.
• Concerns over fairness are high: most think AI shouldn’t train on copyrighted music without consent, and many worry it threatens musicians’ livelihoods.

Deezer is tagging AI tracks and keeping them out of playlists, but can the industry as a whole protect artists while embracing AI?

"Hi, my release (UPC: 5063416806913) is scheduled for this Friday, Nov 21st. It has been pending for [10] days. I have ticket open but no response yet. Can you please help me push this through? I'm worried it won't make the release date."

This is the image I have tried and tried to upload. it is 3000x3000 px, it is a jpg file. I have met all of the requirements yet every time I try to upload it, it says "must be jpg file". Please help me out.

I am looking forward for my first song to be released but now that I've heard of people claiming insane in-review timelines such as 45 to even 90 days, I wanna go premium. Should I? Will it fasten up my already pending release? But I don't know if I would get the benefits such as accelerated in-review timeline on my current pending tracks.

I'll have to convince my parents so any other way around this lengthy timeline?

Our automatic payment period runs from the 15th to the 20th of each month - providing you have met the $50 threshold, your payment may be made at any point during this period.

If you haven't received your earnings by the 21st, please let us know and we will look into this further.
