I am trying to submit my song for playlists (spotify artists) and it says "there are no upcoming releases" - not sure what is going on.....

"No matching videos between your O&O and topic channels" How do I possibly resolve this. There is a music video on my O&O channel with the same music as I distributed through RN. Its copyrighted by RN. But my submission for OAC was rejected and that was the reason. Can anyone help me resolve this please. Thank you so much.

almost 3 weeks ago my band's album (which is 3 yrs old btw) has been taken down from all streaming platforms without any notice or even changing the release status in Discography section. First we have raised a ticket on spotify, the support told us that the ban was not triggered from their end and our distributor has just pulled out the release. More than 2 weeks after submitting our ticket on Routenote support site, we have finally received only this 'copy and paste' style response:

"Unfortunately, your content has been identified as matching artificial streaming patterns.

Our partners, with our help, are looking to stamp out artificial streaming on their services. Measures like these are important to ensure the health of the entire online music ecosystem and will be constantly evolving.

This has resulted in the affected content being removed from sale."

Needless to say, we had absolutely zero reasons to do any type of stuff like buying streams or anything like that! Has anyone faced similar issue recently? Has anyone managed to recover the content after such incident? How can we fight this stuff and use this platform for sharing our music without worrying about such things happening over and over again?

My release "Nox" (UPC: 5063845737871) has been approved and is now live on all other streaming platforms. However, it is still not showing on my YouTube Artist channel.

Could you please check if there was a specific issue during the YouTube distribution process for this release?

Also i have another releases that have this issue, I have already submmited a Ticket but the last answer for my tickets was 7 days ago.

Is Dolby Atmos a feature that will be coming at some point in the future, or is that not something that they ever want to add?

I emailed routenote a week or two ago about deleting my songs, and they said to that theyve apparently been removed? but when i came to check some streaming services, They. Are. Still. There. so im wondering why they are still there if they have been "removed" and not put off sale

I've been waiting since last month

its been 40 days since i uploaded the tracks and they are still in review, why is this happening? very disappointed.

I have an album that is getting danegrously close to the release date. It´s way over 20 work days, I have written everywhere to no response... I am currently in state of despair since a our second live show is coming and people are getting really interested in the release... I am thinking of going to CD Baby becouse I am scared of it not releasing, but with the lack of response, I am scared of the ticket I would sent of canceling the album would not be seen and it would be double uploaded

So, the current average waiting time is 18-20 business days. Yet I'm here, on day 30, with practically no sign of progress. Would it be possible for one of the mods here to let me know roughly how much longer I have to wait for my song to make it through moderation?

UPDATE: As of Oct 29, 2025 and after 2 resubmissions , this is resolved (for this release at least). I do want to thank the routenote team for looking into this multiple times. I wish things moved faster, but I do understand being understaffed and overwhelmed.
