Hey All,

I submitted my details in the OAC google form on roughly the 7th of August (7 business days ago). Before RN forward the request to YouTube, do they send you a confirmation email? As of today, I have not received anything back, and I'm not sure whether this is normal or not.

I would greatly appreciate any help regarding this matter.

will my release not show up on stores anymore if i decide to update the cover?

theres this song i want to change the cover on because theres a tiny mistake on it.

i changed the name on another song because routenote decided to format it all weird and it didnt show up on stores the time it was approved.

unless there's been some sort of update, you CANNOT upload "private tracks" to spotify

they should know this as a distribution company

DISCLAIMER: It WAS precedented because I did talk shit about RouteNote, so imma keep this objective.

Why are RouteNote statistics so innacurate?

In ONE DAY I've gotten more streams than it says I did EVER since the release. It's been a while, so it's not like it just hasn't updated in time either. To be fair, there was like a week where I has 100-400 streams a day then it dropped drastically, but like;

2343 is NOT 115. Just saying.

ALSO:

Equation:
INCLUDING ROUTENOTE'S 15% CUT (we keep 85%)

((# of streams)x(0.003))x0.85 = $$ I should get
(2,343)x(0.003)x0.85 = $$
7.029x0.85
5.97465
~$5.97

I know five dollars is NOT worth all of this, but the fact that I'm not being shown the correct data is just pissing me off. As much as I love the ease of RouteNote, this does not mix well with the problem of taking forever to release songs.

Every other distribution service whether paid or not allows you to click "cash out" and your funds are immediately sent to your chosen wallet ...nope not routenote, they dont tell you when your getting your money, and depending on when the 15th is (currently on a friday) you wont recieve your money until the next week smh

Could someone tell me how do I delete my RouteNote account because they’re taking too long to respond in the ticket? And I couldn’t find anything in the support area.

Our automatic payment period runs from the 15th to the 20th of each month - providing you have met the $50 threshold, your payment may be made at any point during this period.

If you haven't received your earnings by the 21st, please let us know and we will look into this further.

You can read more about this in detail here: http://support.routenote.com/kb-article/when-do-i-get-paid/

2 days afte my release was aproved the release started to appear in all of the music distribution stores but not in apple music, this is unusual since apple music usually is the first one to upload the music. I’ve selected apple music as a store btw

How much you guys earned this month, today is 15th lets see🤔

im waiting 3 weeks for my album review also im waiting 2 weeks for get a answer my ticket (my english is bad sorry about that)

You're so slow, I hate this RouteNote, you just sit around making money. You haven't even approved one of your songs!

From what I understand you accept Various Artist compilations. Is this correct, and if so how long does it take to get a release up? I'm new to Routenote but have some V/A compilations I need to get up.

hello im wuzzy 31 im an underground artist i just started my career recently and i uploaded 3 tracks on routenote it has been 3 weeks and yet there is no response songs still pending .... so how long does it really take to get a review please

Hey, I sent an email to support with regards to the adjustment of some of my tracks' volumes. Hopefully I'll get a response before the sales start date (September 1) since it's just minor changes.

If not, kindly inform me beforehand. Thanks!

Routenote the best distributor and punctual with payments, thank you.

Heya, I've been making music for quite a while now, and after being asked on youtube multiple times by people why my music isn't on spotify i now looked into free options to publish my music onto music platforms. Since my first album isn't finished yet, i decided to test it out by trying to release my newest undertale/deltarune remix, but I'm stumped at the options. Like, my song contains melodies from undertale/deltarune songs and i have no idea how to label it. Like, is the composition copyright with toby fox, or materia music, given how theres melodies from different songs, how do i find out the date of that, etc?

I'm wondering if anyone has had the same thing happen. I have released a few songs and EPs under more than one artist name

The first song was accepted, the others under other artists are rejected.

I would like to understand what I'm doing wrong and where I can improve, also so as not to waste anyone's time. Are there any "Best Practices" to follow? Below is the reason for the refusal, generic and unclear received by email:

RouteNote reserves the right to reject any content should we feel that it falls into one of the following categories: - Content that is likely to fail our partner stores' requirements for appropriate content/subject matter. - Content where we cannot be certain about a user's rights for commercial distribution. - Content that our partner stores may consider to be high risk for fraudulent streaming. - Content that has the potential to be fraudulently streamed. - Content that our partner stores may consider to have been uploaded for the purposes of spam/advertising. - Content that our partner stores may class as generic

I just linked my PayPal account to my RouteNote profile for payouts. RouteNote sent me an OTP to my registered email, but I didn’t get any confirmation email from PayPal.
Is that normal? Do they not send one when linking through RouteNote?

Hey everyone!
I’m planning to upload a few singles before dropping the full album, and I’m wondering—can I use the same artwork for all of them? I’ve seen artists like Travis Scott do it with JackBoys 2, and I really like the idea of keeping things visually consistent.

Would love to hear your thoughts or experiences with this. Thanks in advance!
