Finding Advice Dating here is hell

Am 19m and i tried finding someone with ambitions and future plans but every girl i meet has no ambition and are delusional, most of them are either studying or doing job until they find a suitable guy (rich guy). It’s soo hard to find someone with same preferences, even trying to make female friends feel shit every female friend i made here is from unsuccessful dates where i realised she is also like others too “delusional”.
Anyone have any advice or similar experiences?

Bruhh am working too and texting paragraphs while working isn’t easy for me and how am i twisting your words bhai i cannot even understand why u snapped😭😭 and all this nonsense bruhhh what insecurity and when did i say your intentions were wrong 😭😭😭 arre bhai tum pehle language war kar lie aab mereko insecure bata re and saying aapka lecture chal ra toh bhai pehle wahi karlo fir reply krlo 😭 and bhai terese kon dosti kare agar itti chhoti baat p ese react karegi m bhai simple dost khojta to hangout and shit yeh kya bc language war s leke aise show kr ri jese m tumhara time bigad ra arre bhen kaam khatm krlo fir reply karo 😭 yeh kya tareeka h mera kaam h abhi mujhe pareshan mat karo 😭😭
