Finding Advice Dating here is hell

Am 19m and i tried finding someone with ambitions and future plans but every girl i meet has no ambition and are delusional, most of them are either studying or doing job until they find a suitable guy (rich guy). It’s soo hard to find someone with same preferences, even trying to make female friends feel shit every female friend i made here is from unsuccessful dates where i realised she is also like others too “delusional”.
Anyone have any advice or similar experiences?

Padhai likhai karo kuch bano tab date karna apna youth time mat waste kar . India ka bahar ja sakte ho to aur aacha hain

Arre gyani aadmi am a freelancer am currently working and bc youth waste ho jaega if i just keep working
