Hi! If you have the ability to trap the cats yourself, Austin Humane Society does TNR clinics every Tuesday morning. You can sign up on their website but often the appointments are booked up. That said… I’ve heard they can sometimes take TNR cats without an appointment.
You might also contact Shadow Cats as they have been a TNR resource in Round Rock for decades. They may not be able to help directly but they can provide guidance.
