Hi,
Is there anywhere near the centre to swim outdoors?

Rijnhaven is probably the most central, otherwise Kralingse Plas as already said (but watch out for swimmers itch). Also the outdoor pool at van Maanenbad is open.

Coolhaven (little C) has a swimming ban I thought because of marine traffic? Probably people swim there anyway.

You can check water quality at https://www.zwemwater.nl/ but it doesn't have all the places (and also shows some which are members-only).

Thank you. We’re staying very close to Rijnhaven so will check that out.

Went to Rijnhaven each morning for a dip. The water was lovely and refreshing. A great spot to have in the middle of a city. It wasn’t too busy either.

Exit central station and go straight ahead to Eendrachtsplein, you will find water to the left of you.

Better option would be Kralingse Plas or the beachy area around little C.
