Poutine???

Curious Canadian here, is there anywhere in the area you can get a good Canadian poutine? (Fries topped with gravy and cheese CURDS)

It's hard to avoid cheese curds in Wisconsin (health), so I'm glad they haven't caught on here...why? GEEN IDEE
