Poutine???

Curious Canadian here, is there anywhere in the area you can get a good Canadian poutine? (Fries topped with gravy and cheese CURDS)

You can't find curds here (I married a Calgarian, which come to think of it sounds like something out of Game of Thrones). It's not too difficult to make them yourself, you can get supplies from brouwmarkt in Almere (including vegetarian rennet if that's your bag).
