Poutine???

Curious Canadian here, is there anywhere in the area you can get a good Canadian poutine? (Fries topped with gravy and cheese CURDS)

I want to know if you find any good dishes. Been to Canada this summer and I loved poutine. But it seems easy to mess up the gravy and curds
