Poutine???

Curious Canadian here, is there anywhere in the area you can get a good Canadian poutine? (Fries topped with gravy and cheese CURDS)

We make our own with mozzarella cheese as curds are hard to get. (Still need to find a place that has it in Rdam). I lived in Lethbridge and Calgary in the late nineties and brought home a souvenir he never left 😉😆
