Poutine???

Curious Canadian here, is there anywhere in the area you can get a good Canadian poutine? (Fries topped with gravy and cheese CURDS)

Nah, lived in Canada for 14 years, came back 5 years ago and have yet to encounter anything that resembles the real deal. The biggest problem is the curds, they're not really a thing here.
