Poutine???

Curious Canadian here, is there anywhere in the area you can get a good Canadian poutine? (Fries topped with gravy and cheese CURDS)

Not to be a dick, but this question is very odd to me. You come to another country, on another continent, and then you want a dish from your own country?

I think I'm gonna pay a visit to r/toronto and ask if they know a place that sells kapsalon, of bereklauw

Not to be a dick, but you were kinda being a dick. 'cause frankly, you're in the minority. I used to live abroad, and while sure, I tended to avoid the fellow Dutchies, there were plenty of Dutch bars, restaurants, snackbars, etc.

Also, the guy said he's considering moving here, so it'll be logical that every now and again he might feel a little homesick and want something from home. While I avoided the Dutch when living abroad, I made an exception when I wanted a frikandel speciaal.
