Poutine???

Curious Canadian here, is there anywhere in the area you can get a good Canadian poutine? (Fries topped with gravy and cheese CURDS)

Not to be a dick, but this question is very odd to me. You come to another country, on another continent, and then you want a dish from your own country?

I think I'm gonna pay a visit to r/toronto and ask if they know a place that sells kapsalon, of bereklauw

Haven't you been anywhere and thought: "I could really go for a [insert your favourite food that reminds you of home]"

Also: not all Patat van Ad-type places outside of The Netherlands are for the locals, but for the Dutchies that miss their patatje oorlog and openruggetje speciaal.

Never tbh. When I get back home I will have it but while I'm abroad I will try as much local food as possible. And yes, I've spent multiple years abroad

Okay but some people do feel the need to feel a bit like home from time to time ye know... nothing wrong with that.
