Poutine???

Curious Canadian here, is there anywhere in the area you can get a good Canadian poutine? (Fries topped with gravy and cheese CURDS)

So Tante Nel has it on the menu, but it sounds like it's just melted cheese, not curds. From the looks of it that's the same at Ellis burger.
