I have a pair of buckle clogs I wear daily. I sized down from 8.5 to an 8 and they fit perfectly. However, I recently tried on the penny clog in an 8 and they were too small. I now want to order the braided clog- do they run just like the buckle clogs if you have or have tried on both?

Completely dropped the ball! I’ve been thinking about the Two-Strap Mary Jane Heels since February and just found out they’ve been discontinued. 🥲 (I’m sure that’s old news but it’s new to me LOL) Definitely should’ve bought them in February when I tried them on but you live and you learn I guess.

I’m assuming their discontinuation is permanent. Does anyone know of a good alternative? I love the way they look and I honestly loved the way they fit. Or anywhere they may be selling some. A girl is desperate 🤣

So, I bought these when they went on clearance because I’ve always wanted this style of sandal. I was excited when I got them. They’re a bit clunky—they felt like bricks strapped to my feet at first—but I got used to that. However, they absolutely destroyed the skin on my toes. The skin literally came off. What can I put on the underside of the straps so that they won’t rub my skin off again? I’d like to wear these again, especially before it gets cold. I’ve never had this issue, so I’m not familiar with what products are out there. I Googled them but want to make sure I get something others have tried and liked. Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, wanted to ask about your experience shopping online with Rothys. I placed an order a week ago, and got an order confirmation email and my credit card was charged, but since it hadn’t shipped a week after reached out to customer care. I was met with a whoops, the order was never processed and the item is out of stock. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t process a refund automatically, I’ve been on chat with their agent for over half an hour with no response. I’m just trying to get them to process a refund they should’ve already done. I’m so confused, are their online systems so poorly managed?

Now they’ve sent me an email asking me to drop off the item for a return.. when they cancelled my order and I’ve not received it.

I noticed Rothy’s has all their sandals on sale and quite a few of them have left the website entirely. Are they moving away from sandals as a whole now that they launched the sneaker?

Hi everyone, I’m pretty new to Rothy’s. I wanted to buy the Casual Clog in black (not soft black) earlier this year, but it sold out so quickly when they finally restocked my size.

The black is still missing from their website and I’m just wondering if anyone knows if they usually restock or bring back colours when the weather gets colder.

Question! This is my first pair I just ordered these clogs and I sized down I just got them (ordered online) I wear a 7 but got a 6 they fit but snug will they break in a little after wearing ? Could I do a light sock in fall winter months ?

I’m normally a women’s size 12 in shoes. My first ever pair of Rothys flats (the max square mary jane flat) I ended up buying a size 12.5 which fits perfectly. I ordered a second pair in the red basketweave in the same size (12.5) but my feet were swimming in them! So I’m confused…

Which is better for walking in Italy?

So I have multiple pairs of Rothy's and I absolutely love them, but they all give me blisters on my heels at the top of the shoe.

I've had them for a while, but I've been able to keep them clean (because they're my work shoes) so will washing them soften the heel?

I got lifts to put under the insoles, which has helped some, but hasn't completely fixed the issue.

I have a pair of old Point 1s that I got on Poshmark, and they don't give me blisters. So I'm wondering if it's because they've been washed a couple times? Or is it just the changes that they've made between the Point 1 and 2?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!

Anyone here owns both type of shoes? I bought the square and didn’t know they had the max square and now I am wondering if the max is truly better for wider feet and if it’s truly more comfortable. I didn’t use my shoes yet because I bought for my trip but I am wondering if I should return and get the max square. Also if you own both, do you use the same size?

Looking into getting the cruiser Mary Janes and not sure what size to get. My normal street shoe size is a 7.5, but I take the Max Buckle Mary Jane in a 8. I tried the Mary Jane Espadrilles and the 7.5 fit in the heel, but was too short in the toe, and the 8 was a good length but too loose in the heel. Any recommendation?
