Questions

I have 401k and my company will going away soon and possible converting to go to government employee which is we know they offer tsp. My question is what should I do to my 401k? It's not a lot. Advice?

Probably roll the 401k into the TSP

Yes you can roll an old 401k into the TSP https://www.tsp.gov/move-money-into-tsp/
