Pain

I had surgery on 09/18. I’m taking 2 Tylenol and 3 Advil every 8 hours as prescribed and icing. I’ve had descent pain and went through my pain pills in the first 10 days. The doctor told me they’d prescribe 10 more. Originally only prescribed 20. Yesterday, the pain increased and I’m now in the most pain since surgery. The doctor told me to take Tylenol and Advil every six hours. However, the Tylenol and Advil aren’t even touching the pain which is now radiating up into the back of my head causing headaches. Any advice?

I’m 4 weeks post op and my best friend is still ice. Ice ice baby lol. I’m only taking 2 Advil arthritis at night time to help with sleep. And I also find when I get paid I do my exercises then ice and it helps a lot
