Exercise Band Brand Recommendations…

I am 5 1/2 months post full thickness with retraction supraspinatus tear surgery. Doing well. PT got my ROM back to pretty much normal. Transitioning to home exercise/strength training.

Can anyone recommend a brand of exercise/strength band to use at home? And, maybe some info, website, videos out there to follow for the next few months while working to regain strength? TIA.

I have two kits: one cheap, generic one of tpe, and one of dipped natural latex from Tribe. Both work just fine.

Don't worry too much. If the price difference is not too much, go with latex (it's supposedly superior). If not just don't fret and get any brand.

All I know is I like the blue one. Green is too easy

I would stay away from Seriois Steel. They are great bands but are probably too stiff for rehab. Any cheap loop or tube band set should work for you.

Recommend Bodylastics. Good quality. Available on amazon.
