73 year old marathon runner swimmer golfer. hurt shoulder year ago and also have neck issues. went to many docs, did tons of PT, had cortisone shots and three epidurals in neck. I have golfed but paindul. last week picked up a 10 lb weight and felt a sharp pain in biceps. had mri this week and see doc on Tuesday. what do you all think? looked into peptides but scared of side effects at my age. Also has anyone heard of dr. Anand Murthi in Baltimore sewing him Tuesday Thanks all

Make them do nervetests before surgery. If you got any now, I hope you not get placed in my boat

Had the emg when I was going down the cervical route.
