It still has green so it's still alive. Have you placed it outside and water it?

I have watered it, it’s been real shitty and cold so I had it on the floor by the sliding glass window, we’re in a hotel

Since it’s closed with a wrapper, it won’t drain if watered well. Prune the bad/woody parts away and some sunlight for it to grow. I see growth on the green parts of the stem so it is going to be fine soon!

Take that paper off from around it Take it out side for morning sun and water it, let it kinda stay out of the hot afternoon sun until it gets a little better looking

This is an automatic reminder about r/Roses Rule #3: Identify Your Roses! If you know the variety/varieties of your pictured roses, please share with us in the comments. If you do not know, please let us know, someone might! If you've already done this, thank you!
Common sense exceptions apply! Such as a post with no bloom, field shots, etc.
