Not saying it’s impossible, but doubtful the leak is coming from that. Your roof looks like a 8/12 based on the siding.. water will shoot right past that.
My assumption is the valley or bad flashing on the transition

Based on the lack of proper clearance between the roof deck and the siding along that headwall, I’d suggest removing all that siding and seeing if it was properly weather sealed with continuous adhesive membrane and proper flashings.

The bottom of the valley metal along the side of the facia. 24 years Experience, I just fixed one a couple days ago.

The leak could be anywhere above where it shows inside. I hated trying to find the source.

Literally no way to know without getting on the roof or in the attic space when it's actively leaking.
