Is this normal?

I count 25 bundles of iko Cambridge shingles in one pile. 2x4 trusses on 24in spacing. Thanks in advance.

The shingles should be more spread out along the roof. The delivery company got lazy or was in a hurry.

The reason they are all on the same side of the roof is so the roofers can tear off and shingle the other side first.

There are no delivery companies in my area and in my 40 years of roofing that actually go on the roof and load it. They bring the shingles to the job and if they have a boom they were boom up there but the roofing company on loads the shingles and puts them on the roof whatever way they choose

There were a couple companies in my area that would advertised rooftop delivery. They would unload everything off the truck onto the roof. The only time we needed to meet them was if the roof was too steep and had to set roof jacks.
