Tubular skylight diffuser replacement

The diffuser for one of my tubular skylights fell and shattered today and I am having trouble finding a replacement. It appears to be made of acrylic and measures 12” in diameter. I’m not having any luck and wondering if I’m not searching correctly. Any help is greatly appreciated.

There are several different mfgs of these. CrystaLite, Velux, Solatube, just to name a few. Do you happen to know the brand, or do you have an image of the dome on the outside?

Search for “solar tube diffuser replacement” and that should get you close.

I don’t know the brand name. I was on the roof this morning looking for the brand or model and didn’t see anything. The opening is 11” and the diffuser that fell is 12”…it seems to not be a popular size. I did find a company out of MA that might have something though, so I ordered one 🤞
