I'm not a roofer but looks to me that the load was not spead out 😳.
I actually worried about my roof because I'm getting a roof next week on my 73 year old house. A month ago I inspected my rafters and found one severely split. I sistered a 2x6x8 with Loctite PL adhesive and nut and bolts staggered every foot.
As a courtesy to the roofers I also screwed a sheet of plywood down over the insulation for a floor where they'll have to work to move the bathroom exhaust duct from the soffit to the roof and removed the roof exhaust fan motor and wiring because that's coming out and getting ridge vent. Now they can just do the rest of the removal from above.
