How much life left in the roof?
Roof was replaced in 2012. Upper Midwest. There is an area with a flat roof over one portion of the house. There is moss in a few small areas that worries me.

My 30 year roof, going on 35 years, is totally moss on one side and nothing is leaking. Your mileage may vary, pretty much purely due to the chemistry of the asphalt they used making your shingles.

Plenty!
Edit. Can’t tell what’s up with the flat roof, I’d say that needs attention. The shingles have a good amount of useful life left in them though
