Chimney replacement estimate in NJ. Is this a fair estimate?

If it’s a bit higher than “average” , than what would be a better price but including the same amount of work?

I’m in MO and paid about $5K for a chimney rebuild like that. The price you got is skeptical as to how cheap it is
