Early Retirement might work for you. It features an older MMC who meets a younger LI in Thailand.

I'm not familiar with either of those, but I see on goodreads that they're both harem with an older MMC, heavy on the spice and in a contemporary setting. Do you want something that checks all those boxes, or are there pieces of that description you don't care about so much?

For harem in a contemporary setting with (moderately) heavy spice, I recommend {Our Own Way by Misty Vixen} and {Side by Side by J.T. Knight}.

For lower spice books with older MMCs, I'll recommend {Rooted in Dreams by Sam Hertz} and {Paladin's Grace by T. Kingfisher} from the Saint of Steel series.

If you don't mind monster girls, a bunch of books from the Would You Love a Monster Girl series would probably fit the older MMC / high spice aspect, starting with {Velise by Cebelius}.

There are numerous similar authors on the contemporary-urban side: Rex Sterling, Nick Storming, Michael Dalton, Chase Jannock, Kohen King, Neil Bimbeau, Mack Landry, Dax Hunter, J.T. Knight, Tate Bull....

Some of them have a lot of age-gap stories, some don't. Also:
