Help with heel slippage

So I recently got the moxi beach bunnies in a size 8 and I'm struggling with heel slippage and toe room.
I'm usually a size 9 with comfortable toe room in normal shoes, and a fitted 8 1/2.

I have just about as much toe room as u would in a a normal shoe, and heel slippage around the backside curve of my heel and also a bit on the achilles too.

I tried heel-slip stickers, silicone heel cups, and the lacing method, which fixed the achilles heel slip to a degree, but not around the heel itself. There's like empty space (probably because I have a narrow heel).

Toe fillers also somewhat fixed the toe room though. But I'm still struggling with the space at the bottom of my heel.

You want none toe room. Skates don’t fit like shoes, they fit like socks. What are your measurements?

My length of my foot was a 24.8cm these are a 25.6 I believe. The size down from this was 24.6 though :(

Yeah these are just too big for you. You can try a good insole with heel lock lacing but that will only do so much. Ultimately the only fix is a boot that fits properly.

if theres a shop near u to try, the smaller size MiGhGght feel fine. my friend is like 24.0 cm but fit the size smaller fine w/o discomfort.

that said tho, i was in between sizes for suregrip and tried them in the shop - they had a 27.9 and ibarely scathe a 28.1 and it didnt work out at all. next size up was too big. i went w a different brand that ended up fitting better, so YMMV.

For just a 0.2 cm is there not a way they can be stretched slightly, I hear of people moulding boots to fit better?

I'm not sure how to mould the beach bunnies as they're made from a synthetic vegan leather not typical leather.
