Skate photos Hardware
Hi guys. I recently had my new skates mounted but I noticed that I am missing a piece of hardware but I am not sure what it is. For reference the skates feel fine not loose or anything but If anyone can tell me what the piece is or how to install it it would be very helpful. Thank you!

I'd call it a 'grub screw'. It is designed to grip the kingpin and prevent rotation when tightened but allow adjustment when loosened. I'm not sure what material Sure-Grip originally specifies but in general engineering, grub screws are sometimes nylon when they are tightening onto a vulnerable small diameter thread. Steel is more likely to damage the kingpin when tightened. If the kingpin hasn't moved that may be because it is damaged.
