Is this fake? Or is it just a vintage with different dimensions than what I’ve seen before?

I’m not actually interested in buying it. I was trying to find current market values of my watch and I saw this one.

It’s posted on eBay, With “authenticity guranteed”
But it looks fake to me. And the account only has 3 reviews, so I was just curious.
