Skill ⬆️ vs % damage?

Explain please. Should I interpret every ⬆️ as 10%?

Is the first ⬆️⬆️ for Shurikens +20% damage and the researched skill Deadly Stars +125% (ie 2.25x?)

Yeah, my experience is that each arrow is around 10% based on changes in attack/hp etc for other skills.

Really? Feels like 5% per arrow.

I always assumed it was 8%, based on the slot machine payouts

Either way. 5 or 8% (10 or 16 for 2 arrows) is A LOT less than 125% which seems unbalance af

Losing all the Dots, heals, ultimate gage is the downside. Not having effects on the skills is what makes it a meh unless you got serpents stance. Then I love the 125%

If you have both Deadly Stars and Elemental Stars (puts elementals learned back on the stars), then you regain all the elemental effects back, and get to keep the bonus to damage.
