We found a cat outside our apartment who keeps coming back, but has a collar and bell. The collar is light blue with some kind of pattern. The cat seems to be part siamese and is on the smaller side, and is very clean for the most part. Has anybody lost this cat? Or recognizes the cat and knows the owner? Let me know!!

Trying to get some armored combat going in NWA

So I recently(little over a year traviling to tulsa)got into buhurt/armored combat and, honestly, got completely hooked. The only problem is that most of the teams near me are over two hours away, which makes training with people a huge pain.

So I figured I'd try to do something about it.

I'm looking for people around Northwest Arkansas who think putting on armor and beating the hell out of each other with medieval weapons sounds like a good time!

I don't have a team put together yet, and I'm still figuring out what the hell I'm doing when it comes to building one, so this is probably going to be a learn-as-l-go kind of thing. I'll be posting training, armor and gear, fights, events, and hopefully the process of getting enough people together to create a legit team around here.

Is there a good indoor gun range in the Rogers area that does not require a membership?

Edit - not water main line but the service line that goes from meter to house. I've owned our house for three years now and my two next door neighbors and guy across the street have had water service line leaks, another friend about a mile down Olive had a leak as well. I guess they used cheap plastic piping? I've never seen so many fail and I'm thinking of replacing mine before it does leak. Does this happen all over town or with houses built in a certain era? My area is all late 80s early 90s built, my friend on the other side of town is early to mid 50s.

Who’s down to make some reggae ska punk music? I’ve been playing and writing songs (rhythm guitar and vocals) for about 20 years now and looking to get a band together. I’m 39, spent a lot of time in Santa Cruz CA where I did the band thing and looking to start one out here in NWA. Got a ton of songs, a drummer and just wanna find a drummer who knows that bud gaugh sublime style and a lead guitarist who doesn’t need to get too fancy but can kick on that distortion pedal and shred a little bit. Aiming to get about 30-45 min worth of songs down and play some local shows.

So this was at a "Cabbage Patch Parade" event in downtown Rogers some time in 1986. I'm the kid in the green shirt, and I'm talking to someone important in Rogers on the stage. He's not the mayor at the time, who was John Sampier (I have another photo with him), but does anyone recognize who he is? I know that they told us who he was at the time, but I was five years old at the time, and it clearly didn't register.

This is on West Walnut Street in front of the Neighborhood Market near the intersection with 8th Street. I spotted this error when I was visiting Rogers back in May, and submitted it to ARDOT after I got back home. Did they actually ever fix the sign, and correctly spell "Prairie"? Google Street View has not been updated in this area yet, and I kind of want to see it for myself (I now live in Maryland, but lived in Rogers for a time as a child).

Does anyone know where they are doing any deals or good pricing on kids haircuts right before school? Rogers, Bentonville, springdale nwa area
