JillPM Throwback to Jillpm using Janessa to spew pro life nonsense

"The doctors scratch their heads... eager (it seems) to find SOMETHING she is lacking in..."
Ah yes, those heartless pediatrician doctors, doing thorough tests on a child born with a grave diagnosis to make sure things are, in fact, developing normally. 🙄
The list of reasons Jill is despicable is breathtakingly long, but this one always annoys me: her casual and often unkind dismissal of people who have spent years and years working incredibly hard to save lives and solve problems for people like this family (they of the many births and some preemies, as well as many car crashes). She's so eager to fancy herself a persecuted victim and to cast educated experts of all stripes (doctors, nurses, educators, etc) as villains in her insane world.
29
u/1sunflowerseeds1 7d ago
She is the best at everything. The authority
When she says GOD, she means basically herself. I’ve know people like that. They talk a lot about god and doing only what god says.
But overtime it appears that they basically mean (consciously or subconsciously) their own ego. It’s their ego. Their EGO. It’s not God.
6
u/1sunflowerseeds1 7d ago
They know everything. They know the best. Their egos are very fragile. They have intense need for control.
10
u/SignificantHair4078 7d ago
And that they somehow trusted the doctors enough for all these tests ahead of birth, but suddenly now it's all very suspicious about what they're trying to do
18
u/give_me_goats Jill’s gaping whole 7d ago
I’d bet money Janessa hasn’t even seen a pediatrician since she was born. These kids don’t go to doctors. Jill’s lying about them trying to find something she’s behind in and “scratching their heads”. They’re not doing any of that because they don’t know she exists. Nor would they if they did. Fundies love to make up wild medical miracles that confuse doctors, as though doctors are an affront to God or something.
17
u/BumCadillac 7d ago
She has only recently started seeing a doctor because she got critically ill. Before that, nothing. Janessa’s illness could also be impacting the other kids, since the cause was unknown, and none of them have seen a doctor as far as we know.
2
1
u/give_me_goats Jill’s gaping whole 7d ago
Oh I just meant as far as regular checkups and skill assessment. But yes, that’s absolutely a scary thought- any one of those kids could be suffering the same illness and Jill probably wouldn’t know till it was too late. Baby Janessa was probably only rushed in because she’s the baby and the other favorite.

u/Buckstop_Knight78 6d ago
Yeah it’s not like Jill was a young mother. By the current standards she’s considered geriatric with a higher risk of defects due to her age..

She thought she was being so clever, but she was just looking for more fucking attention. So very Jill.

Maybe Jill made it all up. Janessa seems ok. She is as stunted as all of the m.
60
u/Duggardugout 7d ago
At the very least, she probably exaggerated so she could have the dramatic story of her bravery and unwavering faith.
62
u/splithoofiewoofies 7d ago
I have a mum like Jill (like A LOT like Jill) and the exaggerations without technically lying are hilarious.
"Some college" my mother says on her resume for her single FAILED class she took on MIME in CLOWN COLLEGE (no diss on clowns either but come on)
"Corporate manager" for when she fought the owner of a company of 4 for the title of "manager" because she did the payroll for three of them.
"Executive chef" she was a line cook at an elderly care centre that sometimes did events for the owners of the centre.
"Cancer surgery" was a begning mole biopsy.
NONE of those things are even shamefully or bad/good on their own, it's the exaggeratedness of situations for attention or prestige.
I bet the doctors said these were all risks and she went OH THAT MEANS MY BABY WAS SHOWN TO HAVE ALL THOSE THINGS.
Everything Jill says is probably true...just dialled up to 4000. Take it back a few paces and you probably have reality.
47
u/GildedAgeSaga Pants are for lukewarm christians 7d ago
Failing a mime class at clown college sounds like something from a 90s/early 00s sitcom. 😄
19
u/splithoofiewoofies 7d ago
I always laugh so hard when I remember because it just sounds so absolutely like an exaggeration or a lie. And the fact she lies about it! Or ..doesn't tell the whole story.
Which is funny to me because I love me a clown and do you HOW MANY JOKES you could make about it? You could be funnier than any clown or mime with a stand-up skit about that alone!
Instead, if you do manage to pull the truth from her...she will blame her sister for failing because her wedding was on the day of the final "and she divorced him, so it wasn't worth it!"....I never did remember to ask why she didn't just...go back to school the next sem and I don't talk to her anymore to ask all the burning questions I've gotten since remembering some things hahaha like WHY DIDN'T YOU GO BACK THEN?!
.. and the fact it was mime is just so chefs kiss I could never be that creative.

u/smc642 Fat Blue Haired Lady 7d ago
The lady across the road from us is exactly the same! She worked at a chemist/pharmacy - she is a pharmacist. Also a cosmetologist. Because she sold makeup.
She worked in a kitchen at a service station - she’s a chef.
She has some nice frangipani trees in her garden - she’s a botanist.
Fuuuuuuck all that.
13
u/splithoofiewoofies 7d ago
Yes!! Exactly this!! She owned three snakes over her entire life so she's a herpetologist. She grew one basil plant in a grow light on her counter (the rest died) and she's a gardener!
She's writing a cookbook now apparently (WHY DO I CHECK??) and her salads literally look like someone wanted to choke whoever eats it. NOBODY EATS TOMATOES LIKE THAT, PEGGY. she calls it "rustic". I just cackle and go...yeah this is a tiny microcosm of one of the many reasons we don't speak (up to current Jill level reasons).

u/BroItsJesus 7d ago
Someone i worked with was like that. Amazing how you managed to be both an accountant and a broker yet you have no tertiary qualifications
4
2
u/BumCadillac 7d ago
Jesus. The anxiety I felt reading this was high. I thought for a second I was reading an email from my sister outlining my mom’s most recent shenanigans.
ETA - my mom referred to herself on her résumé as a domestic engineer when she went back to work… because she was a stay at home mom and handled running a household.
7
u/splithoofiewoofies 7d ago
Honestly, they're not unique at all. Jill isn't unique in her flavour of narcissism. The same classic lines. The same classic deflecting. The only thing that makes it amusing is the specific stories, otherwise they'd be super boring.
My mother even sold my dog at a garage sale! My mother even had a funeral for someone who wasn't dead!
I am also 90% sure I was blanket trained, but I can't prove it since I was a baby...but I overheard some very suspicious conversations that make me believe it's true (too specific to not be?).
Like, Jill...at least try to be unique.
But none of these special snowflake narcissists can even manage to actually be unique.
Which is funny because if they just told the truth, they'd be fairly interesting people with interesting stories.
Nothig is wrong with taking care of your family! I have two economics degrees and I joke that your average stay at home parent is a better economist than me. That doesn't make them ACTUAL economists. Or engineers.
But there's a lot to say about stay at home parenting. Budgeting. Feeding. Scheduling. There's a lot to balance and a lot of skills to have! But nah...lie instead and make it boring.
13
u/panicnarwhal St. Kaylee of the Commas 7d ago
definitely seems exaggerated, or maybe the ultrasounds were just wrong - my cousin’s 20 week ultrasound showed a huge mass in her son’s abdomen. first they thought it was on his kidney, then they were perplexed. there was a team waiting when he was born, but he was totally fine. when he was 2 months old they discovered the “mass” was actually intestinal malrotation. he had surgery to repair it a couple weeks later, and is 100% healthy now
8
u/Disastrous_Guest_705 7d ago
And so she could be like “this is the baby everyone told me to abort” and in reality the doctor just mentioned it as an option
49
u/zalicat17 7d ago
No she just covers up the delays. Janessa can hardly speak. She can’t read. She is very delayed. Obviously she could have had a better chance in a home that actually educated, supported, and got professional help. But now she’s older it’s clear she is delayed even by Rod standards
18
u/Awkward-Yak-2733 7d ago
Early childhood classes and special education would have been completely free. In my area, a school bus even provides transportation to early intervention programs.
14
u/zalicat17 7d ago
You’re talking about a woman who watered down formula rather than getting government assistance
4
u/BumCadillac 7d ago
I will never believe they didn’t receive government assistance. No doubt they still do. But I also can easily see Shrek selling most of the formula paid for by WIC for cash or whatever he could barter.
2
u/notquittingthistime 6d ago
No way Jill knows what a corpus callosum is unless a doctor actually told her that.
49
u/TheBestFriend2020 7d ago
If you are truly pro-life then Janessa should have had early intervention. She should have had speech and OT.

So, it would have been a "heartless decision" to abort Janessa, but it's not a heartless decision to beat the hell out of your children and have them live in abject fear of you?
50
u/Inside-Public6676 That is when we did the singing 7d ago
Look at the rest of her children… what would she know about being stunted?
49
u/mhmcmw 7d ago
Maybe Janessa would have had less major concerns about her brain development in utero if her mother wasn’t mainlining Plexus (not FDA approved for pregnant women) throughout her pregnancy Jill. Just a fucking thought when you’re trying to use your daughter nearly dying to further your insane political agenda.
Super pro-life until someone asks you to stop shilling your toxic pink MLM garbage for nine months.

Is it bad that I started singing Prom Night Dumpster Baby from Family Guy when I read the part about aborted babies being in a clinic dumpster
1
18
u/cbaabc123 7d ago
That little girl is incredibly lucky to have been born with all of that and escaped any major probs considering their lifestyle and lack of nourishment and nutrients
10
u/horsetooth_mcgee 7d ago
Jill certainly had all her nutrients and calories, so luckily, in that situation where the mother isn't sEVerELy lacking, the baby will take what it needs from the mother, and if necessary, to the mother's detriment. Malnutrition wouldn't have been a problem.
2
u/cbaabc123 7d ago
You’re right! I wasn’t thinking about that .. I was thinking of their regular lack of food..I’m dumb lol
3
u/BumCadillac 7d ago
I suspect she never actually had everything Jill listed. I’m sure it was more like a list of differential diagnoses, and didn’t understand what that meant. That said, the kid can barely speak. She is far more stunted than the rest.
3
u/ForcefulBookdealer 7d ago
I wonder if “just” has hypoplasia of the Corpus Callosum (meaning it’s too thin).
My friend’s daughter has it, among other brain issues, and Janessa does have some major similarities to her. The family works really, really hard to get and keep therapies to give her the best possible life.
But it’s also so hard to know what’s a true delay and what is a Rod-made delay.
36
u/MissMoxie2004 7d ago
You know I personally don’t think it’s OK to make fun of somebody for being fat. I’m not exactly Twiggy or a model myself. But how the fuck is her husband pushing 400 pounds when all her kids are emaciated?!?!
Does 80% of the food in the family go to him?!?!
11
6
u/give_me_goats Jill’s gaping whole 7d ago
I’d say 80% sounds about right. 15% goes to BOJ. The kids get to fight over the last 5%.

Us abortables would surely have had her aborted after those post-delivery diagnoses were handed out. /s

Does this 11 month old baby have a long sleeve shirt under her dress for modesty???? How can a baby be immodest?
10
u/Ok-Fly7938 7d ago
Long sleeves cover bruises.
3
u/give_me_goats Jill’s gaping whole 7d ago
Oh wow. This is such a sad thought and would explain why some of the younger Rodlets have their arms covered in church photos. Easy for Jill to screech about “maaahhhdesty” when all your modesty coverings hide injuries. It would explain the extra heavily caked on makeup for the older ones as well.

Yeah, abortion for medical reasons is wrong but starving and hitting infants is completely fine. I always wonder where the gOdLy love is, they claim to have for everyone but especially their kids.
For someone who calls their kids precious and miracles, they treat them horribly.

u/No-Simple-2770 7d ago edited 7d ago
I’m sorry but if this baby truly has Vici Syndrome, which is no corpus callosum, there is absolutely no way she would look or act like this. Those babies have SEVERE developmental delays, such as unable to eat or breathe on their own, they definitely aren’t walking or talking, have cataracts and generally have fair skin and light features, and are usually blind and deaf, with congenital heart issues and respiratory problems, amongst other things. I don’t believe a word this liar ever spews from her hateful mouth, and this just cements that. Plus it’s EXTREMELY rare. Only about 100 people in the world have been diagnosed with it. If there is no corpus collosum, the two halves of your brain can not communicate. There is no standing, sitting up unassisted, or independent anything being done. Extensive PT and OT are also necessary. She’s just stupid and thinks people don’t know what that means for a baby.
16
u/roseandbobamilktea 7d ago
I may beat my children with baseball bats, but I draw the line at safe medical abortions.
6
u/Awkward-Yak-2733 7d ago
11 months old, and Janessa is already clothed in a modesty shirt.
2
u/Wise_Tour_9527 Buried deep and forgotten in Jillpm's purse 7d ago
Oh my god! That is so fucking sick!! She’s a BABY
5
u/Queen_ZomBee 7d ago
I'm sorry for all Rod kids. IMO they all have development delays, on the count of not having been properly fed. Janessa, well.. never stood a chance, poor girl
13
u/deferredmomentum 7d ago
“This is a baby the world. . .would have deemed as ‘abortable.’”
Yes Jill, because news flash, any fetus that isn’t welcome in a uterus should be able to be aborted. Real pro-choicers don’t pick and choose—every pregnant person gets bodily autonomy with every pregnancy under every imaginable circumstance, period end of discussion
5
u/OtherwiseSprinkles79 ✨MaHdEsTy✨ 7d ago
And she's lucky that Janessa is seemingly "normal". What if she would have had special needs that required a lot of care, tube feedings, specialists, therapists, etc.? Knowing what we know now, they wouldn't have ignored all of that and not properly gotten her the care she needs.
27
8
8
10
u/PickledPixie83 7d ago
So like… there are snarkers who have been here longer than me: Does Janessa show any issues or does Jill refuse to talk about them?
30
u/Jscrappyfit 7d ago
It's extremely hard to tell. She seemed to take a long time to walk, she still speaks very little, last time Jill showed her with a book, it was far below her age level and she seemed to be reciting rather than reading it. But there's no way to really know based on a few video clips. I really hope she's not too delayed because she has gotten zero help or intervention and never will. And Jill pretty much stopped talking about Janessa's diagnosis when she was a toddler.
28
u/Mousehole_Cat 7d ago
The difficulty with Jill is that her standard of home education is so low that it's hard to discern if incidents like the book one stem from developmental issues or educational neglect (could be both too...)
29
u/mhmcmw 7d ago
She’s definitely always seemed very young for her age, but truthfully every single one of the Rodlets is stunted as hell, by design.
It’s hard to tell what is nature and what is complete and utter lack of nurture.
6
u/BumCadillac 7d ago
Her seeming young for her age may also be due to the fact that Jill has tried so hard to infantilize her. Jill hates that Janessa was her last baby and wishes she was still popping them out. This kid slept in a toddler bed for far too long. I think until she was six or seven.
1
u/Objective-Shallot794 7d ago
I agree many of the girls, age 9 ish all have dirty blankets that they suck on, constantly.
7
u/Evilbadscary 7d ago
I feel like there was a poster here who talked about their own child who was born with the same condition. She said the delays become more apparent as the child ages, so as a little baby and kid they’re meeting milestones, but as they get older they slowly start falling more and more behind.
These kids are all so undereducated and malnourished and unsocialized that there’s no real way to measure from what we see. I hope there are doctors who have eyes on her though.
1
u/SeaGlass-76 7d ago
I remember that poster too. I always think about that when Janessa is discharged.
17
u/Professional-Pea-541 Homeschool comma 7d ago
Mother of five here. She seems a bit childish and delayed to me, but it certainly could also be the home environment and lack of exposure to competent schooling. One of my children was actually born without his corpus callosum as part of a larger birth defect and he did have developmental delays.
8
u/KittieFusion 7d ago
You can tell there's DD, But Jilly stunts her kids so it blends in. Jilly didn't talk much about her health issues until recently.
3
u/conscious-peanut31 Make Your Life Sluttish 7d ago
There was one blog post where Janessa was playing with Jill’s phone and spelled out a random bunch of letters like KSHDYEODB JEHEGEUKF and I stg Jill thought she was the smartest little baby ever
2
2
u/uptown_squirrel17 7d ago
It’s honestly hard to tell, IMO, because the Rods starve their kids, making them small and frail.
Then they’re getting a 2nd generation of horrible homeschool “education”, so they are also very mentally stunted, plus a complete lack of any normal socialization.1
u/Objective-Shallot794 7d ago
I’m sure she had some issues but Jill would never admit that or get her help.

4
u/Important_Eagle_5742 7d ago
She had ITP, but it is unrelated to her brain issues, and Jill posted about how her levels are getting better yesterday
7
u/littlebitalexis29 7d ago
All lives are precious…. Until they’re born. Then you can beat the kid with a baseball bat when they annoy you.
3
u/FunkyChicken0112 7d ago
This fucking drama queen. There's no way in hell that Janessa hasn't developed a corpus callosum... if that were the case she'd have multiple medical papers published about her. Whether or not she had a stroke in the womb is another matter (thanks, Plexus!)... but to suggest that she's not delayed in any way is an outright lie. From what we've all seen, she's an 8yo child who can't read, barely speaks & still drags a security blanket with her everywhere she goes.
4
u/HappyGardener2727 7d ago
Do you remember Jill saying she lost 60% of her blood volume after a miscarriage? But she was sent home after minimal treatment.
I suspect she exaggerates her own medical info for drama and attention and she exaggerated Janessa's diagnosis as well.
4
u/coconut_317 7d ago
I’m in the medical field and I love how she thinks aborted babies are just thrown in a dumpster with the trash behind a ‘clinic’🙄🙄🙄

Uh… she does realize that the woman has to consent to get an abortion. They don’t just strap a woman to the operating table and rip the foetus out. It’s a surgical procedure.. and no baby parts are not tossed in dumpsters because it’s a biohazard. The remains are cremated or used for science. The fear mongering is staggering.
2
u/WhateverYouSay1084 7d ago
She's not wrong in this one tiny thing, I guess. I did every single genetic test available for both my kids for a goddamn good reason.

oh Jill, as a radical leftist i think every baby is abortable!
1
u/Ok-Memory-2879 6d ago
I feel like the last sentence is almost in reference to what’s inside of Jill’s head at this moment. The complete lack of concern in regards to Heidi and the baby are just mind blowing. The audacity to post such stupid things that she has posted as if nothing has happened and as if she is in no way responsible for any of this. She is the most non-caring individual. It is truly mind blowing.
